Brittany Hoffman was awarded with the 2025 Barbara Wood Scholarship, and received an award from the SFTE Foundation to support tuition costs. Brittany is currently studying for a dual degree in Aerospace Engineering and Spanish at Virginia Tech, and is a Student Member of SFTE. She spent the previous summer as an intern at Pax River, supporting F-35 Flying Qualities testing, and has developed a passion and goal to become a Flight Tester on graduation. This scholarship was made possible by the donations to the SFTE Foundation.

    • Note if you are an existing SFTE member, you may log in to auto-fill your contact information.
  3. Submit Payment Information
    • Enter your credit card or payment details through our secure payment gateway.
  4. Review and Confirm
    • Verify your details and click submit.
    • A tax receipt and confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.

The SFTE Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and all donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible in the United States. Many aerospace and defense employers offer 1:1 donation matching. Check with your HR department to double your impact for free!
