Mr. George Tischler
From 1989 to 2005 The Texas Airplane Company endeavored to reverse engineer, develop, build, and fly Me262, F3F, and Ki-43 aircraft. Mr. Tischler tells the incredible story of his father and a small group of engineers andmechanics in Fort Worth and the results they obtained. This will be a two part program, with the first part of the story on Mr. Herbert Tischler. Part two will conclude the story at the UTA program on 14 March.

The Professional Aerospace Speaker Series is hosted by the AIAA, SFTE, and SETP professional societies and the UTA and UTD AIAA student chapters.
The UT Arlington Program is the 2nd Wednesday of each month. UT Dallas is the 4th Tuesday of each month.
Adjustments to these dates are made for special speaker schedules, symposiums, or holidays.
